Find your strong

Hey there, Stardust.

Maybe you’ve got it all figured out. Or maybe the only thing you’ve figured out is that you don’t have anything figured out. That’s cool, too. We are all paddling in the same direction.

The further I journey in my search for strong, I am constantly reminded that I am the product of my experiences. While I can’t change my past, I can make choices that affect my future experiences.

Growing up with a chronic illness was definitely not my choice, but it has taught me how to choose to be strong even when my body feels weak - to give myself permission to cry tonight, but still find a reason to smile, move, and carpe the tomorrow.

We are more than our genetics,  circumstances, and lame (lets be honest, they are pretty lame) excuses. 

There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to finding your strong. A lot of the times, we only get a glimpse of it when we figure out what “not strong” looks like.

So far, this is what I’ve gathered:

Strong is not washboard abs or the size of your biceps. Strong is not buying the right product or getting all the likes on social media. Strong is not a mindless routine or habit.

Strong is careful and deliberate. Strong is choosing to be uncomfortable, even vulnerable. Strong is persistent and constant.

Strong is also chronic.

I’d love to help you develop gymnast mobility and core strength to help you send your project or how to use body weight movements to build up those glutes.

Training plans include:

  • Custom weekly workouts using the True Coach platform with video demos of every exercise

  • Weekly feedback on all your workouts
