With my background in climbing, aerial, and body building, I’ve stumbled across so many nuggets of wisdom across disciplines to keep things fun, fresh, and effective. I’d love to help you develop gymnast mobility and core strength to help you send your project or how to use body weight movements to build up those glutes.
